Ingredients
200g cooked chicken breast, shredded (2 syns)
4 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced (free)
100g baby spinach leaves (free)
100g cherry tomatoes, halved (free)
50g black olives, pitted and sliced (6 syns)
50g feta cheese, crumbled (6 syns)
4 tbsp light mayonnaise (8 syns)
2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt (free)
1 tsp dried oregano (free)
Salt and pepper to taste (free)

Instructions:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, oregano, salt and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large salad bowl, toss together the spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Divide the salad among four plates or bowls.
